Charlotte Chalk Art Festival Oct 2023

A fun community-based art festival with chalk based medium focus. The second annual Charlotte Chalk Art Festival contest was held for the adults and youth for the art, and I met some amazing artist and learned more about chalk. I also won second place in the contest and some great quality street chalk from Jerrys Artarama. The colorful and energetic event was sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions and Jerrys Artarama located at NODA Brewery this year.I look forward to the next one next year!

100 Tiny Things CIAF Sept 2022

I had the opportunity to create a couple of tiny things for the 100 tiny things project sponsored by The Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. It was "Mouse in the hole" and I named the mouse Moussica. I know...kinda corny but cute.

Art Residency with QC Family Tree Spring 2023

My first art residency located in Charlotte, N.C. The focus for the residency was based around racial, Enviornmental and climate injustices. It was a great experience working with Helms Jarell (the founder of QC Family Tree). I created art alongside Ali Steele and Kemoy Callighan. It was a warm experience and I look forward to doing more with the organization.
